Paulea is a certified Clifton Strengths consultant, educator, leadership coach, and ordained minister. She uses various assessment tools, along with her other areas of expertise, to help individuals and teams find their areas of effectiveness and productivity.
Paulea received her BA in Sociology from Brandeis University and earned her MA in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University. She has over 25 years of experience developing people and programs through her work with community-based organizations, churches and in higher education. Her passion is to assist people in their journey to discern and live out their vocation.
As a certified Clifton Strengths consultant, academic advisor, and spiritual mentor, Paulea enjoys helping people discover what really makes them “come alive” through one-on-one coaching, spiritual direction and leadership training for individuals and organizations.
